Dr. Robert C Riegle
PRESIDENT
Rob has spent nearly four decades involved in National Security and Energy. He is a former SES-3 Director at the US Department Of Homeland Security as well as a former CEO of a large Defense Contractor. He is a Navy Combat Veteran and has successfully served in senior roles in Banking, Finance, Intelligence, and Energy. He has been instrumental in large corporate mergers and led numerous acquisition efforts in security and energy-related initiatives.
Dr. Alan Seymour

Dr. Alan Seymour is a noted and well-respected business leader. Alan increased sales at SRV’s legacy parent Cleveland Electric Laboratories by 40% through COVID with the two most recent years breaking records. SRV spun out of CEL under Alan’s leadership in late 2023.
Mike Hull
COO
Mike possesses experience integrating capabilities into the execution of combat operations and the assessments of unit proficiency in the execution of combat operations. Mike has designed and implemented training and education plans to address validated gaps in unit performance, cross-cultural communications, and conflict management. He has experience supporting and integrating joint collection capabilities and related advanced sensing arrays in expeditionary and post-conflict environments.
